COBRA Fit is a fun workout combining kickboxing against bags with strength training using resistance bands as well as core and flexibility training. Anyone can do this and no prior kickboxing experience is required. Classes are 45 minutes in duration with a Certified Trainer to help you succeed.
Get access to 4 COBRA Fit classes per week for 1 month. Do Fitness Kickboxing combined with core & flexibility training on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5pm and Full Body Strength Training combined with core and flexibility training om Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm.
An easy to follow nutritional plan is included.
Progress Assessments on first and last day of challenge to measure your results.
The challenge can be taken several times at a discounted rate.
