COBRA Fit is a fun workout combining kickboxing against bags with strength training as well as core and flexibility training. Anyone can do this and no prior kickboxing experience is required. Classes are 45 minutes in duration with a Certified Trainer to help you succeed.
Get access to 4 COBRA Fit classes per week for 3 Weeks. Do Fitness Kickboxing combined with core & flexibility training on Mondays and Wednesdays and Full Body Strength Training combined with core and flexibility training om Tuesdays and Thursdays.
An easy to follow nutritional plan is included.
IMPORTANT: You will need to purchase your own boxing gloves and hand wraps to participate in this course.
