COBRA Fit is a fun workout combining kickboxing against bags with strength training using resistance bands as well as core and flexibility training. Anyone can do this and no prior kickboxing experience is required. Classes are 45 minutes in duration with a Certified Trainer to help you succeed.
2 x Kickboxing Classes and 2 x Strength Classes Per Week. Do Fitness Kickboxing combined with core & flexibility training on Mondays and Wednesdays and Full Body Strength Training combined with core and flexibility training om Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Get a Digital Progress Tracking Manual with Nutritional Plan
Progress assessments on day 1, week 5 and 10.
Clients need to purchase own boxing gloves and hand wraps to participate in the course
